Kelsey works on multi-jurisdictional campaigns at Tusk Strategies, where she uses her public- and private-sector experience to provide strategic guidance and research support to Tusk’s global clients.
Before joining Tusk, Kelsey worked in Government and External Affairs and Corporate Citizenship for the BMW Group in Washington, DC. In this capacity, she divided her time between representing the company’s policy interests before federal legislators and regulators, and executing the BMW Group’s corporate social responsibility strategy for the U.S. market. Prior to this, Kelsey held roles in the public sector as a Communications and Multimedia Producer at the U.S. House of Representatives, and in the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs at the U.S. State Department. She has previous experience working in non-profit communications–advocating for peacebuilding and wilderness conservation–and in television production.
Kelsey has a M.A. in European Studies from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Communication Studies and Honors German.
She lives in New York and splits her time between the New York and Chicago offices of Tusk Strategies.
