Virginie brings extensive experience working with U.S. state and local governments, with a background in municipal finance. Virginie also leads a team in developing comprehensive, sophisticated, custom digital archives for our clients, allowing them to securely store and quickly and efficiently access the critical historical content that shapes their story and legacy.
Prior to Tusk, Virginie was a Vice President in Public Finance at Barclays, participating in all aspects of transaction origination including bond structuring, cashflow modeling, credit rating presentation, marketing and investor relations, and deal execution. Virginie played a key role in the pricing of over $9 billion senior managed financings for a variety of municipal issuers. She focused on municipal securitization transactions, in particular in the lottery space. She built a model and conducted analysis of over 25 State lotteries across the U.S. to assist clients in evaluating opportunities associated with private sector leasing.
Virginie graduated from the Fletcher School at Tufts University with a Master’s Degree in Law and Diplomacy and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the Institute for Political Sciences (Sciences Po) in France. She is based out of our New York office.
