Marla Tusk is General Counsel of Tusk Holdings. Prior to joining the company, Marla practiced law in Washington, D.C. She spent three years as a Trial Attorney in the National Security Division at the Department of Justice and five years as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia, where she served as Chief of the Appellate Unit. During her time as a federal prosecutor, Marla worked for several years in the Fraud and Public Corruption Unit, where she focused on the investigation, prosecution, and trial of complex fraud and public corruption cases. Marla received her J.D. in 2003 from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent Scholar and Managing Editor of the Law Review.

Marla served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dennis Jacobs of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She received her undergraduate degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1998. Marla is a member of the New York State Bar. She is based out of our New York office.
