Tusk may collect certain personally identifiable information from visitors to Tusk’s website who choose to provide it through various web forms on our site. Such information will be used only for its explicitly stated purpose and will not be otherwise disclosed or shared except as described herein.

You may freely visit our website anonymously and without being required to provide us with any personal information. However, certain requests do require that you provide us with some personally identifying information as more particularly described below. Personal information is data that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household.

Please do not send confidential information to us directly through this website, or by email to any of the contact email addresses listed on this website.

If you opt to learn more about these openings and/or opportunities – or if you apply for a job – you will be directed to a third-party site.  We do not store or collect your personal information with respect to job postings.

Non-Personal Information

We may collect certain non-personal information (data in a form that does not support direct association with any specific person or individual) by automated means when you visit the website. Much of this information, when collected, will be through the use of Google Analytics. The information collected may include usage information, such as the numbers and frequency of users to the website, pages visited, web browsing histories, your location and device, social networking activities and similar data. When gathered, this data is used in the aggregate, and not in a manner that is intended to identify you personally. This type of aggregate information may be shared with third parties. We also collect information through other means, including “cookies” and IP addresses, as further explained below.

IP Addresses. When you visit and interact with the website, third parties whom we have contracted with to provide services for Tusk may collect IP addresses, as well as browser type, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and page navigation. We gather this information to track website visitor movement in the aggregate, and to gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Tusk’s goal in gathering this information is to learn how Tusk’s customers and the public are using the website.  We may use this information to enhance the website or for other lawful purposes.

Cookies. We may use cookies in order to enhance the user experience on the website. These cookies are not linked to personally identifiable information. We may also use cookies for other purposes, including to maintain continuity during a user session and to gather data about the usage of our website for research and other purposes.  Visitors may use the website without cookies by disabling cookies on their browser; however, doing so may render certain portions of the website inoperative.

Only authorized Tusk personnel and third-party service providers are provided access to personal data, and these employees and service providers are required to treat this information as confidential. Despite these precautions, however, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will not obtain access to your personal data. Therefore, any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.

Tusk may provide links to third-party websites or information as a service to our users. If you use these links, you will leave Tusk’s website. Such links do not constitute or imply an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Tusk of the third party, the third-party website, or the information contained therein, and Tusk shall not be responsible or liable for your use thereof.
