Ari Horwitz is a Fellow in Tusk’s New York Office, supporting public affairs and strategic communications for a diverse portfolio of Tusk Clients.

Prior to joining Tusk, Ari interned with the Political Department at Everytown for Gun Safety, where he conducted extensive research projects to inform the organization’s State, Local, and Federal election strategies, and was responsible for monitoring the national electoral landscape. He also contributed to enhancing the Demand A Seat program, which trains grassroots volunteers to expand their advocacy by preparing to run for elected office, deepening the organization’s impact at all levels of government.

Ari recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earning a B.A. in Political Science with a certificate in Political Economy, Political Philosophy, and Politics (PEPP). During his time at UW-Madison, he was an active member of the Political Science Student Association, where he engaged in meaningful conversations on contemporary political issues and helped drive civic engagement and voter turnout initiatives. A lifelong New York City resident and proud NYC sports fan, Ari brings both passion and hometown perspective to his work in public affairs.
