As VP of Creative Design, Ricky brings a decade of experience across brand identity and web design. At Tusk Strategies, he leads high-impact creative projects–building everything from scalable brand systems and campaign visuals to responsive websites and landing pages. Over the past four years, he’s completed more than 1,000 design projects for a wide range of clients, delivering work that’s both strategic and visually impactful.
Before joining Tusk, Ricky was the Senior Designer at Audacy (formerly Entercom) in New York, where he helped shape brand identities and design systems for over 200 radio stations and played a key role in refreshing their podcast platform’s digital presence.
Earlier in his career, he served as a Digital Producer at Cumulus Media, designing web content, marketing materials, and event branding for stations and shows across the country. He got his start at Greater Than One, optimizing pharmaceutical websites through SEO strategy and metadata enhancements.
Ricky holds a B.A. in Communication Studies with a minor in Professional Writing from Virginia Tech. Based in New York, he brings a hands-on, collaborative approach to design–combining brand storytelling, user-focused thinking, and sharp execution to help teams bring ideas to life across digital platforms.
