As VP of Creative Design, Ricky brings a decade of experience across brand identity and web design. At Tusk Strategies, he leads high-impact creative projects—building everything from scalable brand systems and campaign visuals to responsive websites and landing pages. Over the past four years, he’s completed more than 1,000 design projects for 100+ clients, delivering work that’s both strategic and visually impactful.

In 2022, Ricky led the full rebrand of Tusk Strategies—refreshing the company’s visual identity to better reflect its growth and influence. From redesigning the logo and typography to developing a modern, flexible design system, he crafted a brand that’s both bold and sophisticated. The new identity was rolled out across digital platforms, pitch decks, and internal assets, helping unify the firm’s presence and elevate its reputation with clients, partners, and media.

Before joining Tusk, Ricky was the Senior Designer at Audacy (formerly Entercom) in New York, where he helped shape brand identities and design systems for over 200 radio stations and played a key role in refreshing their podcast platform’s digital presence.

Earlier in his career, he served as a Digital Producer at Cumulus Media, designing web content, marketing materials, and event branding for stations and shows across the country. He got his start at Greater Than One, optimizing pharmaceutical websites through SEO strategy and metadata enhancements.

Ricky earned his B.A. in Communication Studies with a minor in Professional Writing from Virginia Tech. He lives in Brooklyn with his partner Daniela, where they enjoy running together in Prospect Park and always look forward to their next race.
