Our DEIB Statement
We are acutely aware that the Company’s success and heightened performance stems from recruiting, developing, and positioning brilliant talent who offer diverse perspectives and experience. For this reason, the Company aims to intentionally improve its methods for attracting and retaining diverse talent that may otherwise be overlooked due to unconscious bias and recruitment practices. We are committed to employing more persons of underrepresented and minoritized backgrounds for the purpose of cultivating innovative business solutions across the Company and stimulating the exchange of knowledge. The Company encourages all current employees to hold each other accountable for exacting change, fostering a safe and fair working environment, and consciously implementing the DE&I plan.
The Tusk Fellows Program runs in two cycles, each for 12 months. We accept applications for the cycle beginning in March, and the cycle beginning in June. Please specify which cycle you are applying to in the application questionnaire.
Our program is very competitive due to the intimate size of the company. Please consider your application to the program as an application for a single position.
If selected for an interview, you can expect an email requesting time to meet and give you more information on the interview process.
