Alejandro is a Vice President at Tusk Strategies. An experienced researcher and communicator, Alejandro most recently served as Press Secretary and Speechwriter to United States Senator Cory Booker of New Jersey where he helped lead in-state, regional, and national communication efforts. He was a principal writer of Senator Booker’s historic 25-hour speech and worked extensively on issues across the senator’s committee assignments, including the Senate Judiciary and the Senate Foreign Relations Committees.

Alejandro has also worked on electoral campaigns across all levels of government, served as Communications Director to a New York City Council Member, and as a consultant at a national research and communications firm.

He graduated from New York University with degrees in History and Public Policy. Outside of work, Alejandro is an avid reader, runner, and parks enthusiast. He lives in Brooklyn.
