Alex leads policy and communications campaigns for major corporations, startups, trade organizations and nonprofits across a range of industries, such as tech, entertainment and fashion, and financial services. He runs client efforts to implement persuasive policy campaigns combining press, marketing, coalition building, and lobbying. Alex also advises clients on how to build more accountable policy and government affairs operations.

Alex’s successful client engagements include expanding and enhancing the film tax credit across multiple states, establishing a new national brand trust campaign to reach political audiences, and passing the first-ever AI bill in the NYC Council.

Before and while working at Tusk, Alex worked on Democratic campaigns at the presidential, senate and mayoral levels, serving in press and rapid response, policy, and legal roles.

Alex currently serves on the Board of Good Food Works, a sustainable food lab that delivers fresh food and good jobs to underserved communities. He received his J.D. cum laude from Fordham Law School, and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, graduating Phi Beta Kappa. Alex lives in Brooklyn with his wife, Megan, and their two daughters.
