Olivia Yang is a Fellow in Tusk’s New York Office, supporting public affairs and strategic communications for a diverse portfolio of Tusk clients.

Before joining Tusk, Olivia gained hands-on production experience as a Meet the Press intern at NBCUniversal in Washington, D.C., where she supported editorial research and broadcast operations for one of the nation’s longest-running political news programs. She also served as a Research Intern at Hart Research, contributing to political and policy analysis for progressive campaigns.

While at the University of California, Berkeley, Olivia worked on event planning, fundraising, and editorial operations at BARE Magazine, Berkeley’s student-run arts and culture publication. She also served as Vice President of Recruitment for Pi Beta Phi, leading outreach and engagement efforts to foster a strong and inclusive campus community.

Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Olivia graduated from UC Berkeley in 2025 with a B.A. in History and a minor in Public Policy.
