Summer Singh is a Vice President at Tusk Strategies, where she advises companies at the intersection of emerging technologies, public policy, and strategic communications. Based in New York, Summer works with organizations navigating complex regulatory and reputational environments, translating technical innovation into narratives that resonate with policymakers, industry leaders, investors, and the public.
Prior to joining Tusk, Summer founded a boutique advisory practice where she advised emerging technology companies, international intergovernmental organizations, and startups on strategic communications, policy positioning, and executive visibility. Her work focused on helping organizations navigate regulatory complexity while translating highly technical systems into clear narratives for policymakers, institutional partners, and global audiences.
Earlier in her career, Summer served as Director of Communications and Policy at the Global Blockchain Business Council (GBBC), where she worked with global industry leaders, policymakers, and multilateral organizations to advance blockchain innovation and digital trust worldwide.
She began her career in the U.S. House of Representatives for Rep. Donna Shalala (D-FL), where she supported legislative initiatives including the CARES Act, which authorized $4.65 trillion in economic relief and emergency funding programs for workers, families, and industries across the United States. She later joined the House Communications Standards Commission, where she led communications efforts related to federal policy and digital governance, enhancing accessibility and compliance for more than 100 Member offices.
Summer holds a Master’s degree in Public Management, magna cum laude, from Johns Hopkins University, where she focused on international political economy and financial governance, and earned a certificate in Data Analytics and Policy. She also holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Miami. She is originally from The Woodlands, Texas.
