Liana Porto is an Associate at Tusk Strategies, supporting public affairs and strategic communications for a range of Tusk clients.

Before joining Tusk, Liana was an Account Executive at The Bulleit Group, where she authored original storylines and developed unique narratives for emerging tech startups. Additionally, she worked at 617MediaGroup, supporting labor unions and nonprofit coalitions to win complex state and local campaigns through a thoughtful combination of marketing, advertising, and public relations strategies.

Throughout college, Liana secured several competitive internship placements spending time at Berlin Rosen, a top public relations agency, and ActBlue, a software platform powering online fundraising for progressive candidates, organizations, and causes.

A born and raised New Yorker, Liana graduated from Brandeis University with a B.A in Politics and American Studies and a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies.
