Ricky manages high-level design projects for our clients, offering creative direction and innovative solutions across today’s digital landscape.

Prior to joining Tusk, Ricky was the Senior Designer at Audacy (formerly Entercom) for their Corporate Marketing team in New York. He helped on branding and visual identity efforts for 200+ local and national radio stations and podcast platform.

Previous to Audacy, Ricky was the Digital Producer at Cumulus Media. There he collaborated with departments in design production for its locally owned-and-operated stations, podcast network, in-studio performances, and client hosted events.

Prior to that, Ricky began his career as a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Greater Than One. He worked on SEO for pharmaceutical  websites and wrote metadata to help boost organic search efforts.

Ricky holds a B.A. in Communications Studies and a minor in Professional Writing from Virginia Tech. He works for our New York team and lives in Washington, DC.
